Daniel Adamson

Mr. Adamson grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia and has resided in the Atlanta area most of his life. Mr. Adamson attended the University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He then attended Georgia State University College of Law, attaining his Juris Doctorate in 2013. While attending law school, Mr. Adamson clerked for an Atlanta firm specializing in plaintiff-side litigation, including Federal Employers’ Liability Act cases. There, he discovered his passion for advocating for those who have been seriously injured or killed due to the negligence of others.

Right out of law school, Mr. Adamson started working for a large Buckhead firm specializing in personal injury/wrongful death and workers’ compensation. There, he honed his negotiation, litigation, and leadership skills, becoming a senior associate in just three years. As a senior associate, Mr. Adamson supervised two attorneys and helped kickstart their legal careers, all while maintaining his own caseload.

Mr. Adamson is also fluent in Spanish and takes pride in helping Atlanta’s large Hispanic community.

Mr. Adamson joined The Dixon Firm, PC in October 2018, and specializes in complex personal injury/wrongful death cases, including premises liability, medical malpractice, and trucking accidents. Over Mr. Adamson’s career, he has worked on hundreds of cases and has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients.

Attorney Adamson was selected to the 2022 and 2023 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, an honor given to only 2.5% of the attorneys in the state of Georgia. He was also recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as one of Georgia’s Top 40 Trial Lawyers Under the Age of 40 in 2021.
